1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If you’re located in a remote or non-serviceable area, we’ll inform you promptly after your order is placed.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee (₹99) may apply, depending on your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling fee.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of our website.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.
7. Undelivered Orders
If we’re unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, we will attempt re-delivery once. If the order is returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm further steps.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We’re working on expanding soon!
